We are looking for an Indigenous Project Coordinator with strong Administration and SAP experience to join a state government department, based in Parramatta.

• $47 per hour + super

Opportunity to join the NSW Government, in a department that delivers a diverse range of essential services and supports to the community of NSW at the point in their lives where they come into contact with either the criminal or civil justice system.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders in SAP
• Ensuring accurate input of purchases
• Ensuring invoices are paid on time
• Ensuring payments approvals are in accordance with delegation limits
• Ensuring source documents are properly filed o Accurately maintaining supplier details
• Undertake basic reconciliations under the direction of the Finance Team
• Providing the Technical Services team with administration and daily ADHOC need
