New opportunity with a well established NSW based Mechanical Services / HVAC Contractor who have a proven background in designing and delivering mechanical projects for tier 1 and tier 2 builders.

Lead by an innovative Director and experienced Construction Manager, this is a business that has experienced strong growth over the past few years, building strong relationships and gaining an excellent reputation within the construction market. Repeat business from new clients, as well as picking up new projects has resulted in the business requiring an experienced HVAC Site Manager to join the team.

You will work closely with the Construction Management team, taking responsibility for managing key sites, that could be either new build developments, refurbishments or fit out projects, typically ranging from $1m-$5m. Depending on the size of projects, you could be responsible for managing a few at any one time, or one larger one. 

With the businesses knowledge and expertise you will be joining a business who has a proven repuation for delivering quality projects. Systems and processes in place to help you succeed as well as support from the inhouse engineering team. The client have structured training and development plans as well as career pathways in place.
