Job description
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established tier 2 mechanical contractor in Victoria who are currently looking to expand their construction delivery team by bringing on board a HVAC Project Manager to take responsibility for delivering a range of HVAC install projects.
Having been well established in the Victorian building services market for over 30 years, our client have delivered a number of commercial, light commercial and residential apartment HVAC projects. Projects are diverse in size and scale, typically ranging from $100k up to $6m. The client offer a full range of services to clients, from design concepts, through to installation, commissioning then service and maintenance of that mechanical equipment.
In the position of HVAC Project Manager, you will take responsibility for -
An opportunity that will allow you full autonomy and to take responsibility for successfully delivering HVAC installation projects throughout Victoria, whilst still having full support from the Construction Manager and in house engineering team.
You will have a proven background working as a HVAC Project Manager or HVAC Site Manager, ready to take the next step up in your career. The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience, however will be around the $100k-120k + Super + Vehicle + Fuel / Etags figure.

- Procurement of equipment and sub-contract trades
- Programming and sequencing of construction works
- Liaising with architects, consultants, building project managers, site managers and foremen, and sub-contract trades
- Financial management and reporting
