A college campus within one of Sydney’s most well-known universities is looking for an experienced and passionate Groundsman to come onboard. The role is temporary, with the possibility for full time in the long run.

The campus proudly hosts some of the finest student accommodation facilities that requires a team to ensure their ongoing maintenance.

Key Duties

• Maintain, repair and upkeep of existing buildings, property, plant and maintenance related gardens, lawns, pathways etc.
• Undertake preventative maintenance to minimise reactive maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance register.
• Ensure that all paperwork, work order dockets and purchase orders are completed and accurately fed back to the business.

Key job Requirements

• Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Ability to perform minor repairs
• Understanding of OH&S regulation
• Drivers license
• Ability to communicate in a professional manor
