FOREMAN - COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL  - West Sydney

This highly respected builder who have been established for over 50 years have created a fantastic name for themselves in the all states of Australia. This ambitious builder who were founded in Victoria over  80 years ago have been operating in the NSW Market for over 50 years now and are continuing to grow year on year operating in fields such as commercial, retail, health and industrial.
  
Project 

The NSW market is experiencing a high volume of new projects coming through and this well-structured builder are looking for an experienced Foreman to join a large commercial/Industrial project located in the west of Parramatta.
  
Person 

They are looking for a Foreman on a contract basis who has a commercial OR industrial background - the build has more of an industrial feel as there is a commercial building built onto the side of a industrial training center so industrial building experience is a preference but not essential 
  
The candidate this well established mid-tier builder is looking for will have:

• Ideally Come from a tier 2 background
• Have a mixture of experience across different disciplines 
• Have experience with known builders in Australia
• Able to work in a team
• Be well presented
• Ability to drive the sub contractors

This role is a minimum 6-8 month contract which has potential to go onto another contract afterwards..
