Foreman and Site Manager  - Regional NSW - Dubbo - Excellent Rates 

A builder who have been established for 25 years who operate in all states of Australia are known for delivering Commercial and Industrial projects from a value of $1M to $130M.
  
The company has two divisions which consists of a construction arm and a fit out and refurbishment arm, they are one of the main players in the tier 2 category delivering commercial/industrial projects are in need of a Site Manager for a major redevelopment of a hospital in regional NSW (central West) 
 
The role will be on a contract basis and you will be joining a builder who has an annual T/O of over $800 Million and have an attractive working environment. They are looking for a Site Manager or Foreman who has experience of working on large construction jobs and can commit to a long term contract opportunity.
 
The project is based in Dubbo and the client will provide living and accommodation expenses 
 
To be successful for this role of Site Manager you will need:

• Experience with a well-known builder
• Ideally worked on health projects but not essential 
• 5 years plus experience
• Able to work in team
• Good communicator
• Ability to maintain client relationships when needed
• Ability to multitask
