A Fire Service Supervisor is required for a well established Fire Services Contractor. They have been established for over 20 years and have built a good reputation within the market for the work they do. The role will be office based and they are looking for someone who will fit in with the positive culture they have built so far.
 
 
The client are specialists in fire safety inspection and testing. Due to the continued growth of the business, they are now in need of a Fire Service Supervisor. The role will include the below responsibilities:
 
 
- Coordinating and supervising the team of technicians and office support staff
- Providing technical support
- Supervising all quoting and invoicing
- Developing and maintaining communication with customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors
- Developing the service team
- Ensuring testing is carried out to AS 1851 specifications
- Promoting a high quality of work and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction to maintain existing client relationships
 
 
To be successful in this role, you will:
 
- Have previous Supervisory experience in a similar role
- Have Management experience
- Have Experience and understanding of service and repair work
