This respected and well-known builder have been delivering projects across the commercial, residential, retail and leisure sectors for more than 30 years and have earned a solid reputation for being able to deliver projects on time, to budget and to a high quality.
  

Project 

With a range of projects currently in different stages our client is actively seeking a Finishing Foreman to help close out a residential construction project in the North Sydney area. The project is going well and is a high end residential development. They have a great team on the job so its a good environment to work in.
  

Candidate 

You will ideally, but not essentially, come from a carpentry background with recent experience in either commercial construction or residential projects in the Sydney area. 
  
Your ability to manage multiple subcontractors, sequencing working to close out section / floors while managing site safety is essential.

Your ability to drive productivity and quality throughout the project is a must, having a keen eye for detail and be able to make decisions and stand by them, offering technical advice / solutions where necessary.
  
Rewards 

rates will be in the region of $65-$75 ph depending on experience
