One of the worlds leading providers of outsourced facilities management and property services are seeking a services manager to join their operations team at a regional shopping centre.
Reporting into an operations manager, you will assume direct oversight of 6 direct employees - (maintenance operatives and a supervisor- across different trades) as well as all soft services contractors on site. You will be the first point of contact for all day to day reactive issues on site, ensuring the continued presentation and performance of the centre.
To be successful in this role you will have a number of years experience within the facilities management sector. Retail shopping centre experience is advantageous but not a prerequisite. You will have lead large teams across both hard and soft services and will have extensive contractor management experience, and ideally been involved in procurement of services.
