The Company:
Highly active façade contractor in the Australian market established for over 20 years. Design and construct focusing on superb design, facade, window & door systems, curtain walling and commercial framing. Based on the outskirts of Sydney CBD with current flexible arrangements.

The Role:
Due to an expansion and a demand for architecturally driven façade within the industry they are seeking an Estimator to price iconic & interesting upcoming projects. You will be joining a highly experienced team with extensive support and career development. You will be working across the full bid process on tenders up to the value of $30M, you will be highly detailed, have a strong understanding of construction methodology and carry high accurate measurement skills.
  
About You:

• Keen eye for detail
• 2 years + experience in construction estimating.
• Coordination and compilation of bids and tenders
• Have the ability to review and coordinate project performance
• Advanced Excel and Bluebeam experience desired
• Previous experience in either windows, doors, glassing, curtain walls, cladding and/or facades desired.
