The Company

Established in 2005 our client is a leading and highly reputable stone and tiling contractor who work with leading Tier 1 and Mid-Tier Building Contractors. High quality and high-end stone, ceramic and facade projects ranging from $1m - $10M. Based in their offices in the Inner-west Area or the brand new CBD location. Securing works within the commercial and industrial space up to $10m they are seeking to expand their stone division.

The Position 

• Office based in Sydney's South West or CBD
• Commissioning and preparation of bill of quantities.
• Review tender and contract documentation.
• Preparation of tender packages.
• Request and review subcontractor & supplier quotations.
• Issue client Requests for Information.
• Prepare Tender submissions inclusive of tender schedules, construction methodologies, construction programs, staging plans, etc

About you:

• Previous experience in Tiling/Ceramic pricing and tendering
• Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or Trade desired
• Be highly motivated and reliable
• High attention to detail
• Previous experience with Planswift highly desired
