The Company
We are currently working in partnership with an up and coming Tier 3 contractor who have been operating in the Sydney market for the past 10 years. With strong relationships with well-known desirable clients they have completed projects across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, retail and industrial up to the value of $30m.

They have grown year on year since their inception and have a young, dynamic and forward-thinking workforce. Due to a strong pipeline of work they are looking to add an up and coming estimator to the team.

The Role
You will join a team of 2 estimators working on a variety of tenders mainly within the commercial refurbishment sector but with scope and the ability to target new area. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants exposure to different sectors within building and wants to work in a young, dynamic team. The directors of the business are keen to bring someone on who can wants to progress their career forward and potential move into a senior/estimating managing role over the next 3 years. 

Requirements:
  • Experience on projects of $5M plus
  • Fully competent with Buildsoft 
  • Ability to tender competitively 
  • Able to manage a small team if needed
  • Stability on your CV with other Australian builders
