Established over 25 years ago this highly respected builder who specialise in the commercial, and retail sectors are seeing an increase in their tenders which is has forced them to grow their Estimating team.
 
They were founded in NSW 25 years ago and have been operating in QLD for over 10 years. They have created a fantastic reputation in the QLD market over the past 10 years and are a dominant force building projects of a value of anything up to $50M. Their average project size is around $10M in QLD but they generally have at least 2 projects on the go that are above the $25M mark.
 
About the Role - Estimator
They are looking for an intermediate to senior Estimator who is proactive and self-sufficient, although their current average project size is around the $10m mark they need someone who is capable and comfortable of tendering D&C projects up to $50M.
 
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role of Intermediate/Senior Estimator you must show stability with previous employers and come from a similar sized builder.

• Have a completed Construction degree
• Have stability on your CV
• 5 to 8 years plus experience in a role of Estimator
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to do own measuring
• Able to work in team environment
• Able to lead from the front for and mentor junior Estimators
• Have a commercial or retail background
