The Details:
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: $60 - $80 + Super
Location: CBD
The Company:
I am currently recruiting for a Tier 2 builder who has gone from strength to strength. The company in question has been established within the Sydney market for 30 + years, however have been operation nationally for close to 100 years. They have over $1B worth of work currently in play nationally and are looking to expand their portfolio.
The Role:
An extensive role looking after design, programming, methodologies and coordination of various trades across Sydney CBD.
The role is primarily looking at facade projects.

- Minimum 5 years experience in construction, contractor side
- Tier 1, 2 or 3 experience
- Exposure to projects $5M +
- Experience with facades would be ideal
- Available in 2 weeks for a start
- Tertiary qualification in engineer or a similar field.
