Our client are a Government wide organisation within the Transport sector and due to a large increase in workload have identified an urgent immediate requirement for an Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of technology project across Sydney based Rail Stations.

Reporting to the Lead Electrical you will be responsible for checking, reviewing and updating all low-voltage electrical design related to communications and network architecture projects. You will be tasked with ensuring all designs and equipment conforms with Sydney Trains standards and implement electrical interfaces and electrical equipment for installation. Project will range from communication systems, access control and CCTV project and you will be expected to provide technical engineering advice across all of these.

We are actively looking to speak with tertiary qualified engineers who have a proven background in both the design and delivery of Low Voltage electrical projects preferably in a rail environment. The role is an initial 6 month contract with a strong possibility of a extension based on performance.
