With endless land mark projects under their belt they are continuing to secure project after project throughout Australia and find themselves in a great position for 2018.
 
Their Sydney operation has been particularly busy and they have 3 large projects starting over the 6 months which has resulted in them needing to add some key people to the team.
  
A Design Manager is needed to work on a $70M residential project located in the Eastern Suburbs, you will be reporting to a Project Manager and be based on site with the rest of the team. You will be dealing with all design issues dealing with architects and services coordination, you will also be involved in key presentations to the client.
  
The ideal person will come from a construction background and have worked their way up through the ranks as a Site Engineer to a Project Engineer to a Design Manager, they will consider an architecture background but you must have proven experience working for a builder as a Design Manager.

You will ideally have high rise residential experience but commercial/health will also be considered.
  
To be considered for this role of Design Manager you will have: 

• A completed construction degree
• A strong construction background
• Experience with a known builder as a Project Engineer/Design Manager
• Stability on your CV with previous employers
