The role / position: 

This is a CONTRACT position for approximately 8 weeks to assist with the bid on a $400M + commercial tower. If the bid is successful you will then have the opportunity to be the onsite design manager for this project.

About you: 

• Ideally engineering background
• Minimum 5 years experience in a design coordinator / manager position
• Background in the project delivery in the Residential or Commercial market
• Tier 1, 2 or 3 background
• Proven project track record 
• Immediately available
