Job Description
The business service all types of assets from buildings, structures, ports, jetties, wharves and terminals.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Scheduled and regular reporting, maintenance on existing cathodic protection systems and associated wiring, fixings, and hardware
- Conditions reporting on clients' assets, materials and structures
- Advise and carry out appropriate, and scheduled remedial and maintenance work
- Installation of new / improved protection systems
- Create appropriate procedures and programmes to maintain systems and ensuring ongoing safety
- supervision of sub contractors / trades
- Flexible with travel in WA and interstate when required
- Good Knowledge of PLC's, Anodes, SCADA
- Qualified Corrosion Protection engineer or Electrical Engineer
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to learn and develop from senior staff
- Capable of supervising and directing subcontractors / trades
