Job description

One of Australia's leading asset owners are looking for an experienced contracts manager to join their procurement and commercial teams on a contract basis carrying out a strategic review of all their soft services facilities management contracts, across waste, cleaning, security, pest and other service lines.

The organisation own and manage a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, industrial and residential and aged care facilities across Australia. This role will look at their facilities management soft services procurement strategies across the entire portfolio nationally. Initially a 6 month contract basis, the role will very likely be extended and they expect the whole exercise to take around 15 months across their respective divisions. This is a very detailed analytical based role, looking at broader strategies and ensuring that a consistent and scalable framework can be produced for all their procurement moving forward. 

The role will be based out of their Sydney head offices in the CBD, but there will be travel interstate to other offices, and some visits to premium assets will be required.
