Job description

The Company: 

A am currently recruiting for a a large fit out company that has the ability to delivery projects up to $10M. They are most famous for doing large commercial roll outs state wide of highly reputable & sought after clients. The company has gone from strength to strength and have just moved into new offices. 

The role:

Supporting a project manager you will be helping raise invoices, procure trades, produce scopes of works, manage & document contracts. You will be responsible for multiple projects at anyone time which could be in excess of $15M. This role is for approximately 3 months and will be paid on an hourly rate. 

About you: 

- Minimum 3 years experience as similar role

- Tertiary qualification in construction management or something similar

- Fit out experience preferred 

- Familiar with Buildsoft, CostX & Excel

- Ability to complete a full 360 contracts administrator role.
