The Company
This respected and well-known builder have been delivering projects across the commercial, industrial, retail and leisure sectors for some 30 years. They have earned an excellent reputation for being able to deliver projects successfully through collaborative contracting and smart procurement at the same time respecting subcontractor and client relations. They currently have offices in every state of Australia and their QLD operation is currently very busy.
 
The Role – Contracts Administrator
They are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the business to be part of a team on a $12M CBD refurbishment. They deliver a mixture of fit out/refurb and new build projects so experience in both sectors is preferred. In this case you will be based on site because of the size of the project but usually it will vary between head office and site.
 
What we are looking for in you:
  • Around 4 to 7 years as a Contracts Administrator
  • A completed Construction Management degree
  • Experience with recognised well-known builders
  • Refurb or newbuild experience will be considered
  • Stability on your CV
  • Able to lead from the front
  • Team Player
