Job description

Due to an increase in workload an opportunity has been created for an experienced Contracts Administrator to work with a specialist Rail contractor on a major project here in Sydney during a final stages of construction. 
 
On a day to day basis your role will focus on sub-contract management, contract management and commercial management. Within these three areas you will assess claims, negotiate variations, report forecasts, assess tenders, prepare cost plans and assist with estimating and auditing
 
We are looking to speaking with experienced Contracts Administrators who have experience working on large scale infrastructure projects preferably within a rail environment. You will have an engineering or quantity surveying background and will be comfortable negotiating large packages with a range of suppliers.
 
The role will report directly to the commercial manager and will play a key role in the successful delivery of contractual aspects of the project.
