A business that was formed 4 years ago by someone who has been a well known figure head in the QLD building sector with client contacts that go back 20 years. They are currently delivering projects in multiple spaces including education, commercial, residential and refurbishments. 

The business has a T/O of $90M and are looking to slowly grow selecting the right projects to build which are generally negotiated. 


The role - Contract Administrator 
We are looking for a CA to join the business and initially work alongside a PM in delivering a complex residential project on the north side of Brisbane.

What you need:

• A construction degree
• Previous experience with a well known Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
• Experience on projects of $10M plus
• Anything from 5 to 8 years plus experience as a CA
• Stability on your CV
• A team player
