Job Description


A great opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join a Tier 3 builder that has a young, dynamic and forward thinking workforce. The company in question have a strong foothold in the central coast market and strive to deliver high quality residential and commercial buildings. 

The client is currently requiring a Contracts Administrator to assist in the delivery of a range of projects up to a value of 10 million dollars.  

The role/Project:

You will be doing all components of Contracts Administration from estimation, tendering, procurement and then to the delivery side of managing sub contractors and commercial management. You will reporting directly into a Project Manager and at times may be working with a cadet under yourself. 


  • A bachelors degree in Engineer/Construction management or similar field
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the building industry 
  • Tier 1, 2 or 3 experience
  • Experience with Cheops, Jobpac & Procore would be preferred 
  • Experience with projects exceeding a value of $5 million dollars or more
