They are known for delivering fit out and refurbishment projects at the highest level and are one of Sydneys most reputable fit out contractor delivering a range from projects from $50k - $5 mill
Their operation have recently secured 5 decent sized projects and are in need of a Contract Administrator who has worked for a builder in the fit out industry to join their team.
As a Contract Administrator you will be office based which is located in the Sydney metro area and you will be reporting directly to your Project Manager. It will be normal to be looking after more than one project at a time and your Project Manager will help you to the next step in your career.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- 3-5 year's experience as a Contract Administrator in the fit out and refurbishment industry
- Worked on commercial fit out projects from $1M - $5M
- Show stability on your CV
- Worked with a known builder in the Australian building industry
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Ideally a Construction Management degree
- Able to work in a team
- Be well presented and have good communication skills
