Job description

Our client are a specialist rail contractor who are at the forefront of delivery of the infrastructure boom in NSW and have recently been awarded a number of major infrastructure projects. As of such they are in urgent need of specialist contract staff to assist in the delivery of projects to ensure deadlines, quality and commercials are met.

On a day to day basis your role will focus on sub-contract management, contract management and commercial management. Within these three areas you will assess claims, negotiate variations, report forecasts, assess tenders, prepare cost plans and assist with estimating and auditing

We are looking to speaking with experienced Contracts Administrators who have experience working on large scale infrastructure or building projects preferably within a rail environment. You will have an engineering or quantity surveying background and will be comfortable negotiating large packages with a range of suppliers.

The role will report directly to the commercial manager and will play a key role in the successful delivery of contractual aspects of the project.
