They have one of the best reputations in the country with endless land mark projects including a new $165m project based in Adelaide. As the Contract Administrator you 'll mentor a Junior Contract Administrator reporting to a Contracts Manager.
You'll be a CA with some 5 years experience with large construction projects experience who can take control and manage consultants and contractors in a collaborative and professional manner.
To be successful for the role of Contract Administrator you will need:
- A construction degree
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Contract Administrator
- A strong Commercial
- Experience on projects of $100m plus
- Stability on your CV
- Able to work in a team
- Good communicator
- Able to complet cost reports
- Able to mentor the younger CA’s when required
- Be well presented as you will be dealing with the client
