Company
After sitting down with the General manager of a up and coming tier 3 builder I am looking for a Contract administrator who wants to make an impact in a company that due to double in size over the next 12 months.

They currently have 6 projects in the ground that consist of both their own developments and working on behalf of established blue-chip clients within the residential sector. 

The Position
You will be a part of an established team, including a Project manager, Site Manager and  fellow CA. This is the right position for you if you enjoy the pace of being based on site while having the chance to sharpen up your CA skills . The project itself is still in its early stages and is due to continue on till midway through 2022. The project involves the construction of 50 units with a further 100 units to be completed in stage 2.

Culture 
This position would suit someone who is wants to be across all an entire project rather than being pigeon hole across a number of trades. The advantage of working for this builder is that you can work on the same projects as more well known builder but without the politics that often accompany them. If you're looking to succeed in your career, they will provide you with a clear path and the tools to reach your potential  

Ideal background
  • Construction Management or related degree and min 2 years’ experience
  • Strong technical building/design knowledge and experience working with tier one or two builders
  • Have stability on your CV
  • Experience working on Residential projects advantageous
  • Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
