The Project:
  • With a large mixed use 2 stage project kicking off in Merrylands we are actively looking for a Senior CA with 10 + years’ experience. The project itself is an 500-unit development (build to rent and build to sell) which is at basement dig stage. 
The Candidate:
  • Using robust systems you'll take responsibility for all pre and post construction Contract Administration activities including, letting trades, developing scope of works, variations, payments, forecasting and claims.
  • We are seeking a degree qualified Senior Contract Administrator with some 10 years post grad experience who has worked on multi-level residential projects at a high level. Ideally high rise residential /commercial experience working for a tier two builder. 
  • Ability to manage your time and have urgency will be critical in this role.
The opportunity:
  • You’ll be given the opportunity to be the lead Contract Administrator reporting to the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
  • You’ll work with a small, professional CA team based on site ensuring variations are captured and payment sent and received as per security of payments act.
  • You’ll grow with the company who are set to have a very strong 5 year with large development, about to start and in early planning ($2b urban regen prpject kicking off next year)
