The Company:
Established in NSW over 20 year this well established and award winning builder has gone from strength to strength and over the last 3 years. They are a major player in the local marketplace competing against NSW’s leading builders. They have an annual turnover of $300M and employ in excess of 120 staff.
Position
As the Contracts Administrator you will report to the Project Manager assisting with the administration of the sub contracts. This will include scoping, negotiation of contracts, variation assessment, sub-contractor payments and helping manage project budgets and cost reports.
The scope of works will be to help deliver a $70M aged care project in Western Sydney

Ideal background
- Construction Management degree or related and 4 + years experience
- Having experience working on retail projects is a big advantage
- Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts within the mid tier market
- Experience using a professional costing software such as Cheops or Jobpac
