- Are you a contract administrator who has expert negotiation skills coupled with the ability to pull together complex packages while managing a strong margin?
- We’re seeking a Contract Administrator / Senior CA who ideally has a good appreciation of the Australian market ideally working on projects ranging from $40m +.
- A Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience working within a tier 1 / 2 builder / builder developer.
- A commercial background, high rise is preferred but not essential
- Be well presented and a team player
- Looking for a long-term career
- Jobpac experience – preferred not essential.
