The Position

The scope of works associated with this project includes the demolition of an existing structure and complete redevelopment of a school worth $50M

Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams you will be responsible for overseeing projects from procurement stages through to final accounts including assisting with monthly forecasting.

Ideal background

Construction Management degree or related

• Experience working with a commercial mid tier builder on projects on project in excess of $20M
• Experience working across projects from procurement through to final accounts
• Intermediate knowledge of Jobpac and a high level of computer literacy

Salary will be in line with market trends for this level of position.
