Job description

A builder who have been established for 25 years who operate in NSW and QLD are experiencing a high volume of projects coming through and are on the lookout for a Contract Administrator to join their team in an office based role - Ryde. 
 
With a T/O of over $100M this well established builder are continuing to grow and are now dealing with a range of project from health care, hospitality, age care and commercial. 

You will be responsible for letting all contracts to sub-contractors and all negotiations, variations, RFI's and assist with progress claims and cost reporting.
 
This role will allow you to progress to the next level.

To be successful for this role you will need:

  • A completed Construction Management degree
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator
  • A Commercial background
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Good communicator
  • Able to work in a team
  • Ability to multitask
