Job description

The Company:
We are currently working in partnership with a Tier 3 civil contractor who are based in Western Sydney who are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team. Over the past 10 years they have grown from strength to strength increasing their staff size from 5 people to 60.

They work across a variety of sectors including TFNSW, Local Authorities and Tier 1 contractors and project values range from $500K - $20m.

The Role: 
Due to an increase in the size and complexity of the work they have picked up they are looking to bring on an experienced Contracts Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience
  • Job costing and programming software experience
  • Able to work and drive profitability on multiple projects.
  • Have experience delivering civil projects.
  • Have stability on your CV
  • Competent with cost reporting and forecasting
  • Excellent resource management skills
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Able to lead from the front
  • Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
