The Project: 

large refurbishment projects working from the north Sydney office. Working for well known clients. Contract role with a view 

About you: 

• 3 + Year experience as a Contract Administrator
• Proven track record writing scopes of works
• Refurbishment exposure highly preferred
• Procured packages up to $1M AUD
• Jobpac experience preferred 
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Managment or a similar field.
