- Site based position across either a project based NW or Western Sydney
You will be joining a medium size construction firm that currently employees between 25-30 people locally and undertakes projects valued to $50M within Aged Care, Multi Storey and Luxury Residential sector.
They have offices dotted up the eastern seaboard, have been operating for over 20 years and employee a dedicated team that have been with them for many years

This position will support the Project Manager working across either a project in Nth West Sydney or Penrith, we are looking for 2 people. This will include helping to scope and negotiate contracts, oversee subbie payments and variations whilst also helping with design management and site coordination as required.
Ideal background
- Construction Management degree and min of 3 years’ experience
- Experience using Procore
- Have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Strong software knowledge
