About the Company
This company is a renowned national building contractor with offices across the country. They complete a wide range of large commercial fit out and refurbishment projects valuing anything up to $30M.
  
About the Role – Contract Administrator
Due to an immediate requirement on ongoing projects they are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the busy team. You will be working with an established and experienced team and will report to the Project Manager, typically working on projects between $2m - $5m and depending on the size of the project will determine whether you look after more than one project.
  
Skills and Experience 
  • Have a completed degree in Construction Management
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Contracts Administrator
  • MUST have strong capabilities and experience with CHEOPS
  • Worked for a known builder in Brisbane
  • Must show stability with previous employers
  • MUST HAVE A BUILDING BACKGROUND
  • Commercial/industrial experience
  • Be able to lead from the front and able to multi task
  • Someone who is ambitious, self-motivated and reliable
  • A team player
