CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, national commercial building head contractor who have recently picked up a new $20m industrial construction project in Perth, and as a result, are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to lead the project on a fixed term contract. 

The Role - Contract Administrator

The project has recently been awarded for a key national client, who are a highly recognisable name and brand in the industrial space. The project is valued around the $20m mark and comprises of both a new build structure and refurbishment to the existing building in place. 

You would be the Lead CA on the project, working closely with an experienced PM and SM - with full support. An autonomous role, where you would oversee all commercials, variations, RFI's, sub contractor management etc. 

Key Requirements
  •  5+ years experience on either commercial or industrial construction projects as a CA in Australia
  • Experience on projects $10m+
  • Available within 6-8 weeks

As you will be employed specifically for the project, the client are willing to pay a highly competitive package - either annual package equivalent or as an hourly rate basis.
