Job description

The Company:
We are currently working in partnership with a South Sydney based company that is looking to bring on a Contract administrator for a large residential project valued at $20m based in Ryde. With an extremely diverse client base they work on range on projects including commercial, high-end residential and aged care projects.

The Role: 
Working as part of an experienced team their main duties will be to monitor the variations with the subcontractors and help keep control of the budget. At the moment this role is flexible in regard to location to suit the right candidate. Whether they are based on site in Ryde or in South Sydney. The project itself will consist of 22 high end new build single dwelling properties.

Your Background: 
  • Relevant residential experience
  • Tier 2-3 Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years exp
  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience working on projects valued over $15m would be ideal
