Founded in Sydney over 5 years ago the company kicked off in the fit out retail space. However as they are going from strength to strength and the retail space has become the smallest sector. They have now expanded into refurbishment and construction sector. Taking on projects up to $15M within Education, Hospitality, Health and Commercial.
Initially a contract role with the possibility of it going long term. Looking for an immediate start. Based in Sydney CBD.
* Minimum 3 years Contract Admin experience
* The ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
* The ability to produce a scope of works, procure trades, manage subbies and work closely with project managers to manage cost control.
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction management a must
* Working holidays more then welcome to apply
