Job description

Established for some 8 years this successful builder are quietly building their reputation through excellent planning and resource management while executing and delivering projects to a high standard.
  
Covering building and refurbishment projects in the commercial, residential, retail and leisure sectors they continue to grow through excellent customer satisfaction and delivering a quality project.
  
Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a Contract Administrator to joing the company on a full time basis. Reporting to a Project Manager you'll work acorss a couple of projects developing the of scope works, across all trades, cross checking all documentation, prioritising work load and ensuring the best value for money. 
   
Ideally you will have:
  • Degree in construction management
  • 1 to 4 years Contract Administration Experience working for a builder
  • Have good organisation & time management skills 
  • Ideally worked across commercial fitout
  • General Building experience would be considered. 
  • Good communication skills.
