The Position: 

Based on site in Orange, working closely with an existing Senior Contract Administrator you will be responsible for head contract administration, scope of works, letting packages to sub-contractors, variations assessment and in conjunction with the Project Manager / SCA cost reporting
The SCA is currently overseeing the base-build whilst this position will oversee the $18M integrated fitout.

This is a 12-month programme with the option of staying local to transfer to the next project or come back to Sydney and transfer onto something local

Ideal background
  • Have completed a tertiary qualification in construction/project management and have demonstrated experience working in the mid-tier market.
  • Be a self-starter capable of working without direction or micro- management
  • Be able to multi task effectively
  • Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
