Job description

The Company: 
Since 1994 our client have been partnering with clients to deliver projects to the highest standard, predominately working in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Education sectors. 

The Project:
 $150m high end development in South Sydney. We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to work alongside a Project Manager. This contract will be 6-8months. 

The Role:
As the Contract Administrator you will scope, tender and procure sub contract trades, drive design in conjunction with the PM, negotiating and setting up contract for the entire project. You'll be responsible to the PM for cost, including variations and progress claims, cost reports through to final account.

The Requirements:
  • A degree background
  • A strong Commercial/Residential Construction (new Build) 
  • Able and happy to work on projects between $10 to $50m 
  • 3 years minimum experience with a builder 
  • Well-presented and excellent communication skills
  • A team player and able to lead from the front
