A new opportunity exists for a Contract Administrator with their small works division which take on projects from $500k to $3m across the hospitality, retail and commercial sectors oporating throughout NSW. With a small close knit team you'll a divisoion have have supportive culture..
  
Working closely with a Project manager you will have excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with good technical knowledge.

Person Spec: 
Seeking a Degree qualified CA, you could be a Junior CA looking for a step up in terms of role and or size of company, the key requirement is experience here in Australia. You'll have experience in developing scopes, letting trade packages, cost reporting with head contract and sub contract experience.
