Backed locally and a solid internal development team you'll be working with professional colleagues while managing tier one consultants and architects who are pushing the boundaries in terms of quality and design.

With strong investment in systems; Acconnex, Jobpac, MS project and BIM coupled with a great relationship with leading subcontractors you'll have all the tools to deliver a great project.
The Opportunity:
This is a new role for a Senior Project Manager for a $300m project based in Parramatta.
You'd be involved in setting the project up from scratch finalising the design managing consultants, master program and final budget / cost. You'd have 3 direct reports, Senior CA, PE and Site Manager.

- $300m - mixed use development in Parramatta,
- $50m - Lux residential - Parramatta
- $150m - 500 units in Homebush
- $24m - 80 units in Parramatta
