One of Australia's leading provider of cleaning and integrated facilities management services to the retail sector are currently seeking a cleaning manager to lead a team of direct staff at a regional shopping centre in Sydney's South West.
Reporting into the Centres operational management team as well as a regional manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivry of cleaning services to the centre. This is a newly mobilised contract, so there is a mix of existing workforce from a previous service provider, as well as a number of new team members. As such experience in mobilising new contracts, or just really hands on management of driving teams and bringing people along is highly regarded.
The contract is run on a direct delivery model, and you will have oversight of around 60 staff members, responsible alongside senior supervisors, for rostering, recruitment and training of staff, as well as oversight of consumables spend.
