The indigenous services arm of a leading provider of outsourced facilities services across cleaning, security and maintenance are seeking a part time account manager to lead their cleaning contracts across retail and commercial locations. Most of these contracts are reporting into a managing agent, but some are direct with leading owners and occupiers.

The role is part time and really focuses around the scheduling of direct labour across the portfolio, liaise  with various subcontracted partners and serving as a primary point of contact for the client and all other stakeholders across the businesses.

This would be the perfect role for somebody returning to the workforce who has previously held account management positions, or for somebody looking to take a step back in their career. 

The role is paying around $30k per anum plus super and a vehicle for business use once it has been pro rata'd to the 20 hours a week.
