About the Company
This busy civil contractor requires an experienced civil supervisor to look after one of their new mining projects, due to an increased work load the company are looking for a contract Supervisor to see the project through from start to finish. They are currently working on various civil projects across QLD including a vast amount of mining projects.
  
About the Role 

• Working closely with senior management to successfully deliver a dam wall construction project.
• Management of direct labour, subcontractors and managing the demands of this fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Liaising and working closely with company project manager
• Undertaking a variety of tasks associated to supervision of bulk earthwork and dam wall construction.
• Located in the Banana Shire in QLD approximately a 5 hour drive from the Sunshine Coast or 3.5 hour drive from Gladstone.

  
Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in an earthworks supervisory role
• Must have experience working on mining projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• If successful you will be subject to a medical and a police check
