Established over 20 years ago this well established and award winning builder have gone from strength to strength and have grown to a size that is capable of delivering projects up to $20M in the commercial, industrial, age care and retail sectors.

This well established builder who operate in the rural NSW area have become a dominant force and have secured 2 decent sized projects recently which has forced them to grow their team and are in need of a Cadet/Estimator to join their team.

You will be initially be working on a $8M commercial project and you will be located in their head office which is in the Bathurst area working closely with an experienced Project Manager who will help you to the next steps in your career. 
 
This builder of choice are ideally looking for someone who has a couple of years experience but will also consider Cadets who have limited experience.

The person this highly structured business is looking for will have:

• Currently studying a Construction degree or diploma 
• Ideally having at least 1 years experience
• Be well presented
• Be a good communicator 
• Ambitious and eager to learn
