CGC Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well established national fire services contractor who have a new opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager who enjoys opening new doors and creating opportunities to play a key role within the NSW sales team. 

The Company

Working with a national fire services contractor who have an excellent reputation within the industry, you'll be joining a business that are a go to service provider for several high profile building owners, property developers and builders within Australia. They offer the full fire protection solution to clients - construction, service & maintenance, testing and inspection and due to their market 55presence there is a significant number of networks and contacts to leverage from internally. 

The client already have a strong portfolio, having the contracts on several large scale universities, commercial towers, industrial properties etc and whilst in a strong position they are looking to grow their sales division with an experienced BDM. 

The Opportunity

Working within a small team, liaising directly with the senior management team and account managers you will be tasked with developing relationships with both existing and new clients to drive the growth of service and maintenance contracts. 

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional / Business Development Manager who has strong building services experience where you have a proven background selling service & maintenance contracts within either the Fire, Security, HVAC, Elevators / Lifts, BMS or Cleaning / FM industries. 

This is a long term permanent opportunity offering a highly competitive annual package depending on experience - ranging from $80-100k + Super + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance, working from a top quality fitted out office based in Sydney's western suburbs.
